Design of railway track structure
Turnouts
We provide research and proposals for turnout based on our many years of experience and expertise, such as the design of new turnout satisfying the needs of the specific railway operator.
Solid bed track
We design solid bed ballastless tracks for labor saving in track maintenance. There are several types of solid bed tracks such as slab track, solid bed track with resilient sleepers, ladder track, Rheda slab track, etc.
Other
We provide design required for contracting track renovation, such as track geometry change for labor saving of track maintenance at the sharp curve section, and for track layout change and/or extension of the main lines and rolling stock depot in and out of Japan.
Measurement, evaluation, and analysis of railway tracks
Noise and vibration
We provide measurement and assessment services for the impact of noise and vibration produced by running rolling stocks.
Wheel load and lateral force
We provide safety assessment services of the rolling stocks to prevent derailment by calculation of the derailment coefficient based on measurement and evaluation of the wheel load and lateral force of the running rolling stocks.
Stress and displacement of track components
We provide measurement and assessment services of the railway tracks required to confirm safety due for increasing train speed and to confirm improvement due to the introduction of new R&D results.
Design and analysis
We design railway tracks for new railway lines, renovate the tracks of existing lines, and track components. We also provide assessment services of the railway track structure such as dynamic response analysis (stress, displacement, acceleration, etc.) and axial force of the long rail (continuous welded rail on bridge, turnout included continuous welded rail, etc.).
